R.Sterling Carody is a writer, musician, and host of the Atomic Snack Bar Youtube channel. He is also an avid toy collector, bowling shirt enthusiast, and a little too into clowns. Chances are pretty good that he's a robot of some kind.
R. Sterling is predominately a fiction writer with a focus on oddball sci-fi, band life, and post-apocalyptic fantasy. His style is generally humorous and quirky, but features strong continuity with plot threads thought out and introduced years in advance. Every story is at least somewhat connected, creating a wacky little literary universe.
Though primarily a novelist, Mr. Sterling has also written for several magazines and websites, including Monster Magazine by Visual Comics. And speaking of comics, he even self-published two issues of a sci-fi fantasy comic back in the 90s.

Vamp Star
Since 2002, Mr. Sterling has been the vocalist and co-song writer for the experimental rock band Vamp Star. The sound of VS is an experimental blending of disco, hard rock, world music, and 70s-style exploitation film music, often with a focus on B-movies and exploitation films. And though experimental, their songs keep a solid pop structure, making them far more accessible than many multi-genre groups. That said, it's still some pretty weird stuff.
